ECU - This one adds more torque and horsepower and the way to tune it is simple: just maximize the rows for 5-6-7-8-9-10k RPMs (depending on the car). Most of the time, while upshifting and downshifting, you will be at 5k rpm or more, which will result in a better performance. I'd leave the lower revs as they are. Turbo - Same thing happens here.
